about us

Our Vision

The vision of Hope Community Church is to love God, love each other and reach out in love to others.

Our passion is to become a strong, close-knit community who see God save and free people into open, honest and ever deepening relationships with Himself and each other.  As we are changed into Jesus' likeness we will experience His abundant life and extend His love to the world around us.

December 2011

During Prayer and Fasting weeks in September, October and November we have felt God give further insight to our vision.  From a prophetic word of the river in Ezekiel 47. images of refreshing water and bursting wells have developed a consistent message that God has been speaking to us over the past three years.  Also the passage in Isaiah 58 that has been spoken over us about living authentic lives, not participating in empty religion but living out God's Kingdom values and seeing Him bless what we do as we align ourselves with Him.

Hope Community Church is to be a river of living water bringing life and transformation to the community around and beyond us as we live out authentic kingdom lives as a people together.

Vision for 2012

1. To continue the development of the leadership team and to appoint elders as God makes that anointing clear.

2. To develop a wider leadership team to support the core (in future, elders) team.  This team will be more about the practicalities and details of what the core team feel God is calling us to do and will free the core team to focus on their role of leading the church.

3. To become more visible in our community:- publicity, outreach, ministries.

4. To grow and develop in living out kingdom lives, to establish more of the culture (values) we believe God has laid on our heart and seeing this bear more fruit. To grow in the supernatural ways of God.

5. To develop relationships within the apostolic sphere in New Frontiers.

6. The establish a growing church membership who are aware and committed to our values.

7. To see people saved, baptised and added to the church.
